This timepiece has a classic three hand mechanical automatic movement set inside a curved case that was blanked from solid bars of 316L surgical grade stainless steel. To compensate for the curvature of the case, the Krysterna crystals, a material used exclusively by Stuhrling Original that is more shatter resistant than sapphire, have also been curved. For additional comfort, we fitted the Axis with a tapered, high grade silicon rubber strap.
